I've always lived passionately. A new challenges awaits at every corner, and then I push myself to obtain greater personal development. That's always been what I've been all about.
Post-MIT life has been....in summary...boring. I don't feel super challenged at work, even though I'm doing design work. The theory doesn't compare to anything I learned in school. I don't feel angsty, upset, or thrilled. It's a boring blase monotony. A dull day, followed by another day, stuck in rush hour traffic. The environment here in DC in the corporate surburbia stifles me. Maybe this calmness suits some people, but certainly not me, at least not yet.
I need my passion back. The raw emotion, whether it feels pleasant or hopeless. I want to have something to strive for instead of this muted monotony. Where's my spirit?
